| As you know, BWI Distribution, Inc. and its sister company, Distribution International Southwest, Inc., collectively operate 18 branches strategically located in eight states throughout the Gulf Coast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions of the United States. As a leading distributor of high temperature insulation, metal jackets, removable covers and safety and environmental products, our goal is to continue to provide you with value-added solutions for thermal performance, environmental remediation and safety requirements. |
| Please understand that we are only establishing a “dba” name under which these branches will operate and that our current corporate structure and Tax ID number will remain the same. These nine branches will continue to be owned by BWI Distribution, Inc. By changing the name of all of our branches to “Distribution International,” our goal is to continue to identify efficiencies and synergies to operate under one name and brand that will lead to coordinated efforts and improved customer service. Please note that there will be no change in the personnel or operations of these branches and going forward you may continue to work directly with your existing contacts based on the strengths, value and relationships developed over the years. Current tax exempt certificates and addresses will remain the same and not be affected by this name change. |
